Return and refund policy

At RComfort, we take pride in delivering well-crafted furniture and a reliable customer experience. As most of our products are made to order, we request customers to carefully review this policy before placing an order.

General Delivery Timeline


  • The standard delivery timeline for most RComfort products is 15–20 days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on product type and customisation and will be communicated at the time of order.

Returns & Refunds

No Manufacturing Defect

  • If a product is inspected and no manufacturing defect is found, returns or refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

Defective Products (Replacement Only)

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, refunds will not be issued. The following resolution options will apply:

  • Repairable Defects: The product will be repaired by RComfort at no additional cost to the customer.
  • Non-Repairable Defects: The product will be replaced with the same or equivalent product.
  • Last Piece or Discontinued Products: In such cases, the customer may choose:

    An alternative product of equal value, or
    A product of higher value by paying the price difference

Note: In all cases, RComfort’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. Any incidental, indirect, or consequential costs are not covered.

Warranty

  • All RComfort products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, exposure to moisture, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order, provided production has not commenced.
  • Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Post-Dispatch Cancellations

  • Once the product has been dispatched, order cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.

Exceptional Cases

  • In rare and genuine situations, RComfort may review post-dispatch cancellation requests at its sole discretion.
  • If approved, logistics, transportation, and handling charges incurred will be deducted before any adjustment is made.
